PROGRAM OVERVIEW

ISO 22301:2019 specifies the requirements for the organisation to plan, establish, implement, operate, monitor, review, maintain and improve the BCMS framework and processes of an organization in order to maximise the ability of the organisation to resilient when being hit by any kind of manmade or natural disaster. The requirements within the standard include the design, transition, delivery and improvement of the organisation’s BCMS. The standard describes an integrated set of processes and management approach for the effective implementation and management of BCMS within the organization.

LEARNING OUTPUT
• To understand the requirements of ISO 22301:2019 and its application
• To gain knowledge on how to implement BCMS including required documentation for different phases of crisis and the needs of exercises in implementing BCMS to ensure resiliency of an organisation upon being hit by any kind of disaster
• To be able to explain the establishment, the implementation, the maintenance, the review and the continual improvement processes of BCMS in accordance to ISO 22301:2019
